Updated Forms arising from the revised and renamed “Guideline on Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (For Trust or Company Service Provider Licensees)” will be put into use from 3 March 2025

In view of the commencement of the revised and renamed “Guideline on Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (For Trust or Company Service Provider Licensees)” (“the Guideline”) on 3 March 2025, the Registry for Trust and Company Service Providers has updated the following forms and the revised forms will also be put into use on the same day:-
